While in hospital I lost my daughter-in-law

It was a day that I will never forget. I was in the hospital for a routine checkup when I received the devastating news that my daughter-in-law had passed away. It felt like my world had come crashing down around me.

She had been battling a serious illness for some time, but none of us were prepared for her sudden and tragic passing. The shock and grief were overwhelming, and I struggled to come to terms with the reality of what had happened.
